Irene Oostdam (1970), designer, lives and works in Eindhoven. Having a background in goldsmithing, she likes to tell her stories in metal; registering  the moment | story | feeling | wonder.

Four years ago her 29 year old sister died of  skin cancer. This experience has changed Irene Oostdam’s  life as well as her work. In addition to her own designs, she  started  a quest for stories. Stories of the past and the present. Stories about how you do that , 'celebrating the memory'.
